to the cryo-EM facility at DSB-UniPD
December 2024
Our Glacios cryo-TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) equipped with a Falcon4i detector is now operational. Get in touch if you think it can help your science (It can!).
We are grateful to the "Departments of Excellence 2023-2027" framework and a generous private donor that made the purchase of the instrument possible. Also, massive thanks to DSB@UniPD (particularly Dr Angelita Tottene - you are a star!) for its support and to Thermo Fisher Scientific Italia for the very collaborative and professional approach to things.
Looking forward to seeing you at the official launch of the facility in 2025.
